Winter Shelter Active Notice

  During the 2018-2019 winter season, October 15 through March 31, the Mayor’s Office of Human Services (MOHS) will provide emergency shelter to all people experiencing homelessness on nights when the temperature with wind chill reaches freezing (32 degrees and below).
