Upton’s Etting Street Association (ESA) begins Spring Planting and installations of planters in their area

On April 13th The Upton Planning Committee installed 4 beautifully landscaped parks and installed welcome sign inviting you to “Historic Upton, an Old West Baltimore community.” Thank you to Baltimore City DHCD; State Department of DHCD; Department of Planning and The Parks and People Foundation.
